The Coaches Conference:
This Is A Unique Workshop For Building Every Leader's
Coaching Skill

It is clear that the single most important leadership skill is the ability to coach others. In most professional, athletic, or artistic arenas it is important to recognize that the higher the level of performance the more intense is the coaching. We have developed a workshop to build skill in improving employee performance and developing effective use of discipline and performance management. Participants learn how to establish expectations and ground rules, how to provide positive feedback on performance and work methods, to resolve conflict, lead employees and teams to continuous improvement, create championship levels of performance, and build motivation. Participants learn how to turn everyone into a champion and how to move every player from wherever they may be today to the next level.

  • The Coaches Conference is available in one day, three day and five day workshop/formats
  • Costs can be as low as $200 per participant. Compare this to other nationally known resources that charge $7,000-$9,000 per person for a week long experience.

The Leadership Skills Development Seminars are for all who would be leaders

Serious leader development requires a serious commitment to learn, to experience, and to change. This typically 5 day intense workshop design is directed toward executives and leaders who have significant levels of responsibility and who are interested in mastering the art of organizational and individual leadership (shorter versions or scheduling options are available.)

Each workshop is customized to meet the needs of your organization, but each is designed with the same objectives.

  • Extremely interactive and experiential
  • Based on the soundest principles of adult learning, but focused on the individual skill building and relationships - not on technological gimmicks
  • Includes 360º instrumentation and other fundamental learning or personality tools as appropriate
  • Includes individualized and/or team customized follow-up for reinforcement and coaching

The subject/content changes from one audience to another, but it is always presented in the context of the organization's needs, culture, and challenges.
