The Coaches Conference:
It is clear that the single most important leadership skill is the ability to coach others. In most professional, athletic, or artistic arenas it is important to recognize that the higher the level of performance the more intense is the coaching. We have developed a workshop to build skill in improving employee performance and developing effective use of discipline and performance management. Participants learn how to establish expectations and ground rules, how to provide positive feedback on performance and work methods, to resolve conflict, lead employees and teams to continuous improvement, create championship levels of performance, and build motivation. Participants learn how to turn everyone into a champion and how to move every player from wherever they may be today to the next level.
