Our Unique Methods/Processes Our broad base of experience, research, study, and skill cuts across all areas of organizational effectiveness. This provides us the insight, knowledge, vision, and perspective that is needed in evaluating and selecting managers, and in strategy, evaluation, leadership development, and planning processes. We begin with a broad based assessment of your needs, goals and capacity. We determine your strengths, weaknesses, capabilities, plans, and competitive position. We then help your management team make decisions, resolve differences, plan the future, and implement changes, training or other interventions as appropriate. Yager
